Good stuff for my dog

I got the Original Crockpet Diet for my golden retriever a few weeks ago. It was pretty easy to follow the recipe and mix up. My dog seems to like it way more than her old kibble. Shipping took about 5 days to get to me in Texas, which was fine. The website was a bit busy looking, but I found what I needed.

Reliable for my dog's diet

This isn't my first time ordering from Dr. Ruth Roberts. I consistently get the Original Crockpet Diet ingredients, and it's always been reliable. My dog has been on this diet for over a year now, and his health has really stabilized. This order was just like the others; everything arrived correctly and on time, maybe a day quicker than my last delivery. The quality is always there, which is why I keep coming back.

Decent supplements, website could improve

I purchased the Liver Support Supplements for my older cat. The product itself seems effective; my cat's recent vet checkup showed some improvements, which is great. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived intact. I did find the website a little clunky to navigate, especially when trying to find detailed ingredient lists for all products, it took a few clicks. Price was fair for the quality, I think. I appreciate the focus on holistic care. Would consider buying again if they smooth out the website experience a bit.

My pet loves this food!

My cat absolutely loves the Original Crockpet Diet! I was skeptical at first, but she cleans her bowl every time. It's so easy to prepare, and knowing it's good for her makes me so happy! I'm definitely ordering again and telling all my friends with pets!

Decent products, room for improvement

I recently ordered the Kidney Support Kit for my aging cat. The products themselves seem high quality, and the instructions were clear. I appreciated the detailed information provided on the website about holistic kidney care. The kit arrived in about a week, well-packaged. My only minor gripe is that the shipping cost felt a little high for the size of the order. While the kit itself is comprehensive, a slightly more streamlined checkout process would also be a good addition. Overall, a positive experience, but some small tweaks could make it even better.

Good quality, minor shipping delay

I ordered the Kidney Support Kit for my senior dog a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I found the product descriptions very informative. Shipping took about 6 days to reach me in California, which was a bit longer than I'd hoped, but it wasn't a major issue. The kit arrived well-packaged and the supplements seem to be of good quality. My dog has been on them for about ten days now, and while it's early to tell definitive results, she seems to have a bit more energy. I did have a question about one of the ingredients, and customer support responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a positive experience, just wish shipping was a touch faster.

Good products, shipping could improve

I ordered the Kidney Support Kit for my elderly cat a few weeks ago. The products themselves seem high quality, and I've noticed a slight improvement in her energy levels. However, the shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit slow. The packaging was good, but a faster shipping option would be nice.

Decent value with first purchase

I was looking for something to help my dog's digestion and decided to try the Digestive Enzymes. I got a first-order discount, which made the price pretty competitive. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was straightforward. Shipping was standard, took about five days to reach me in Florida. The product arrived well-packaged. I was hoping for a bit more immediate change in my dog's digestion, but it's only been a week. Overall, it felt like a fair deal for the quality and the savings I got.
